Past Spring Frolics
This year we are pleased to feature the singular talents of Chef Princetta Wallace, from Durham, North Carolina. As a young Jersey girl, Chef Princetta Wallace learned the “art of flavor” from her father. The family kitchen was a sacred space of connection and creativity. Princetta, known as “Burgers”, had an unusual natural gift for the presentation and the flavor of food. As a young adult in the Air Force, her table was often surrounded by fellow airmen enjoying delectable homestyle suppers and fellowship. Though her career would go in medical directions, her love for food would remain. Becoming known as the Cake Stylist, Princetta made cakes for political leaders of NC and local friends alike. Her love for small dinner connection is the reason she created her own specialty cocktail dinner parties for groups of 6-10. Serving the community, one delightfully plated meal at a time, Chef P is sure to win hearts with her food, her laughs, and her love for people. Menu:
